  I feel the staff is heartless .its bad enough the cost is way more than any other light. Then they wanna add xtra fees . the staff acts like that want your service to be disconnected .the only one satisfied with this company is the well off. The staff is ran by rhonda who can careless about the elderly.. Having a fixed income is hard to live off of i hope she never has to go through what she puts people through.

  Have been with our coop for several years. Very happy with the pricing and really happy when we get our credit in the winter. I always try to tell others about our coop . When I was a kid in Robstown in the 1950s we had the coop. Moved to Corpus and had CP&L. Moved to Rockport over twenty years ago and started with CP&L. Checked around for different electric providers and found out Nueces COop serviced Rockport. We switched and have been very satisfied.

  We have been members for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with NEC! Rates are lower than competitors, service is always friendly, love that its member owned. We wouldn't change a thing!
