  We needed an outlet replaced. I called and the gal said they were really busy but they would get back to us. As they promised they came a week later. Did a very good job. Very happy with them will call again when we would need electrical work done. You people are appreciated!

  The guy was nice, the job was to move two outlets. In order to do so he had to move my stove, in which he turned it on high without the flame on. My wife and I Came down because she smelt gas. The man was unaware he had turned on the gas. In which he said he was sick and couldn’t smell, I had my wife and child home at this time. And had to leave to work. He left without double checking his work and half the electricity did not work in my house. He came back a day or so later. To fix the mistake made, then I got stuck with a $400 dollar bill to move two outlets. I guess between the near explosion of my my family and home, and the outrageous bill. I am very unhappy with my experience with this company.

  Didn't even get to become a customer lady on the phone tells you they will get back to you waited 24 hours to tell me "we will call you when we have an electrician available" what?? Make a list or something to have an estimated hold time vs having the customer waiting on your call. Especially during winter time.
