March 5th NWI Generator came to my home to give me an estimate. Its April 10th and haven't heard a peep from them. I guess they don't want job. I'll just do it myself...

Experience was great with this company. They were very responsive getting me quotes for different size generators. Prices were on par with others. Installation was a breeze. Justin and his team showed up on time and were very professional. The installation looks amazing. They leveled the concrete slab before installing the unit. Everything looks sharp and professional.

Had a great experience today when Justin and his partner came to install our generator. Both men worked nonstop from the time they arrived until they were finished explaining how the unit works and so on and so forth. Wonderful wonderful.  We bought a generator this year and absolutely love it.  We were without power for 4 days and our generator worked wonderful. It kicked in the minute we lost power and did not shut off until the power went on four days later.  Their customer service is reliable and there when you need them.  Highly recommend.

Just had our 22kW Generac installed by NWI Generator last week.  They did a great job.  Everything looks so nice.  I was worried about our landscaping being damaged, but they removed plants carefully and put the grass back after digging for the gas pipe.  The installers are so professional, and the people in the office helped me when I was trying to get our HOA approval (not an easy thing!)  We would definitely recommend them.

The work by their installers was excellent. The owners and management are horrible.  They do not understand customer service. They filled out my financing paperwork incorrectly so it cost me money. I asked for a discount on a service plan, which they agreed to. Then changed their mind and told me. They did nothing wrong. NO DISCOUNT. I went to their office to talk to them and was told something would be done. 6 weeks later no phone call,E-mail or text. I would not trust them with anything again. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

However, as we discussed, this was not a mistake made on our part, and the provider confirmed this.  We are not in control of their processing, approvals, or follow-up.  Due to the highly sensitive and confidential nature of that service, we are not able to fully address the responses that you were provided by them and the follow-up that they recommended for you to address the matter.
We did advise you that, if after investigating, we found that our office had made any mistakes which caused you any inconvenience or detriment, we would discuss a form of compensation.  As advised, no mistake was made on our part.

After our phone discussion Monday, I reached out again to the third-party provider to get a better  understanding of why a … entry on their part would impact any result of your application as it should be more accurately based upon your … .  With that call, they confirmed that the response to your application was not solely based upon the ….  It was based upon your …, and they confirmed that the response would be the same with a correction ….to the ....
The information you and I discussed and the response from the provider is confidential.  I have no more information than what you and I discussed.  The only means for you to obtain more information is to reach out to …. on the response letter from the provider.
I realize that you feel that NWI Generator should compensate you for this situation, however, as I originally confirmed, there was no error or cause by our company for the response you received from the provider.   We are sorry that the provider (not us) made a mistake, but as we have learned since speaking with you, that did not affect the response.  We, therefore, are not able to provide compensation to you for this matter.
We hope you understand our position and that you will want to continue to do business with us for the quality and value we provide on the services we perform.  I have included our maintenance options.  If you are interested in having us perform your generator’s maintenance next year, please contact our office at your convenience.
