Excellent customer service. Paul and his team went above and beyond for us when wiring for and connecting our hot tub. Arrived early and stayed late helping us with a waterline issue unrelated to their job! Honest, hardworking professionals that I will definitely be calling on again for any and all electrical needs.

They were very responsive, our heat was out and they came with in one hour. Very polite and professional the system is the best we have ever had our home is so comfortable with the heating system. The technician Brandon was great to work with and thanks for your military service. A tip of the hat to Gary the owner who always sponsor local sports team and events.

I had a heating emergency-none when I awoke in the morning. I called Oak and they sent Brandon Frasure to replace the inoperative furnace that day and 2 other techs to assist him. Work was completed timely, cleaning and courteously. I rate Brandon a 15 on a 10 scale as the other 2. I had several questions and concerns that were answered with confidence and expertise. Brandon walked me through maintenance schedules and suggestions to keep it running efficiently. Brandon showed me where duct shut offs were wrong and even marked them with arrows on them for seasonal changeover. Brandon took the time to look at the thermostat and made sure the wiring was consistent with the wiring and needed to make changes for the new system to operate. I am very pleased with the service and the techs who performed the service. Thank you Oak Electric! As this was my second installation at my home and my extreme satisfaction you will be the only company I will contract with for any and all Work in the future.
