  Called and Gary answered on a Saturday morning. Thought I'd have to leave a voice message and wait to hear back on Monday, if lucky. Olson Electric Service helped me understand how to locate, test and fix my immediate electrical issue over the phone! What a relief to get it done and to not spend money on something I could do myself and should know how to do. I will use Olson Electric Service for the other work I need to have done. The service call price is totally reasonable and I think less than most others. I would give them 6 STARS if that were an option. You do not need to look further for electrical help!

  I called Olson to enquire about a possible service call this morning due to an odd (for us) situation where we lost part of our power for no apparent reason. Mr. Olson guided me through a fix over the phone that did the trick! He gets our business in the future.

  I could not recommend Olson Electric Service, Inc. more. They were due to come tomorrow morning but called to ask if they could come this afternoon instead. Had to troubleshoot a very problematic short in a 1950s ceiling porch light and install a sconce light on a short, crumbling brick wall to replace another 1950s fixture. Did it all without a hitch. Nothing threw these guys off. They ended up having to go into the attic to re-wire the ceiling porch light and weren’t going to charge me the usual attic fee since they didn’t foresee it and tell me about it in advance. I insisted on paying it. They were so honest and efficient and wonderful to work with. So good to have an electrician I feel so good about!
