  I dropped my parents computer off, that had a bad power supply, in order to retrieve some pictures off of the hard drive. All I wanted were the pictures of my brother so we had something to display at his funeral. The IT guy was extremely rude, if I had the time I would’ve just done it myself. My parents were charged $111 to have this done! That’s not the cost of replacing the power supply on the computer, that’s strictly just for retrieving the photos off the hard drive! Unreal! Would not recommend for any sort of IT work.

  Great place friendly helpful staff. The store keeps a great inventory of high quality items from home electric project needs to cell phones tv computers and accessories at very competitive comparative prices. My experiences there have always been positive.
