  I want to say that I am very pleased with the service that I received from On-Site Power Services. I purchased a generac generator from another dealer back in 2018. When my generator stopped working I contacted that dealer & to my surprise, they were out of business. I contacted Generac and they provided me with On-Site. I contacted them and within 2 days my unit was up and running again. They performed all work without me having to miss work. I will continue to use them & refer them too. Thank you On-Site!!!

  Be cautious, their batteries they install with the home generators are not warrantied. Ours went out within the first year, do to a bad connection which was installed by them. So we had to pay for the repair and a new battery.

  They got things done in a timely manner. Will continue to deal with them to work on my Generac generator. No excuses just performance.
