  My sister has been without power since 3am 2/15! When we call it literally says this is a planned outage and if you go longer than so many hours to report it.. well we have! She has children and animals in a home that u planned an extended outage in very cold and dangerous weather! What is wrong w you people?!! That is way more than a rolling outage!!!

  It is 4 degrees inside my home, my shoes are freezing to my floor. I have a child and a dog that I've been trying to keep warm and been without power since 5am this morning.. Which has now caused my water to freeze.. I have no other way of heating my home. They said 15 to 30 min outages not hours..

  EVERY DARN time it rains hard we have no electricity and then it takes them from 10am until 7pm are so to fix it. I bet they wouldn't wait for payment.so here I set from 10 this morning waiting and I have lung diseases cant do treatments come on just fix it already
