  One Call Electric Heating and Cooling Service did a phenomenal job! They came to our aid when we had no heat. After being without heat for about three days due to another dragging me along for days saying they were going to come and fix it and never did -I called One Electric company in the morning and they put me on schedule for that day and they came during the window they said they would. They assessed everything and even told us about things that needed to be changed that was not brought to our attention before. Needless to say this company saved us! Tim was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will be using their company for our future heating and AC needs. I highly recommend them.

  Our old water heater started leaking and so we needed a brand new one. One Call installed the new water heater and they were professional from the very first phone call all the way up to when the job was completed. Kevin was the one who came by to look at the old water heater and set up and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only did he try to work with our budget but he also took it upon himself to make the finished product look cleaner and aesthetically nice to look at. Now, not only do we have hot water again, the craftmanship Kevin did made our water heater set up in our basement look much neater and professional than it did before.

  Rich did a phenomenal job putting in a dedicated line for our new sub pump system!!! He put my parents at ease knowing the job was done professionally!! From setting up the appointment to completing the job was a great experience.
