  Disappointed—did not live up to the highly rated reviews. They had a technician quit in the middle of our job, and the technician that finished was rushed. Most of the work was sloppy, and some of it was left incomplete even after coming out a second time. The manager even came out and looked at some of the oversights and remaining issues, but he never followed up (that was over 6 weeks ago). We will not be using them again.

  Have remodeled master shower and replaced counters. Needed an expert to repair Sheetrock, paint, tile, repair moldings, and finally to install beautiful pewter frames onto mirrors. The complete project is spectacular. James was a joy to work with.
