  Quality and professional work. Showed up quickly, got right to work and although our problem was a tough one he was able to find the issue and repair it on the spot. He put up with all the chaos my house has to offer and didnt bat an eye. He only charged us for 2 hours labor when he spent a good 4 hours at least. Will definitely recommend oneida electric to everyone I know

  I was having problems with the power in my basement. It had all gone out! (But just the basement.) I tried to call and leave a message for Oneida on a Saturday, but the mailbox was full. So I sent a text, expecting that it would not be answered before Monday, if at all. Pat called me back within 20 minutes. I described my problem to him and he suggested I call Idaho Power as it sounded like there was a problem with the outside line. I did and there was. Yay! Idaho Power ran a temporary line to my meter, to hold things until they could dig up and repair the problem. But, unfortunately, I also had indoor problems. I texted Pat again on Monday. He came out THAT AFTERNOON to take a look at my breaker box. I was so embarrassed that the way to the box was cluttered with everything we've thrown in the garage over the winter, but he wasn't fazed. In less than 20 minutes he had replaced the melted switch and my basement had power again. I am so impressed by his quick service. It seems like it's hard to find contractors and the like that will actually return your calls or show up. He also helped me find the outdoor problem by directing me to call Idaho Power. I highly recommend Oneida. UPDATE: It's been a year. I needed an electrical box hooked up outside so I could install an air conditioner myself. Pat came out and got to work. My 9-year-old son kept hanging around. I was worried about him bothering the electrician, but Pat invited him to help! I expected him to do some kind of token thing, like hand him stuff, but Pat actually let him help with the rest of the install. So sweet!
