  This company has a customer service representative by the name of Jennifer that was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled with this company through my Home Warranty Company. They scheduled an appointment for 4 days later and then I asked if there was anything sooner. Because I asked for an expedited appointment, One Way Electrical cancelled my appointment and never showed up. When I called to find out why, I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I had no knowledge of this. When I called and spoke with Jennifer, she was very rude and incompetent. She was talking over me and was not listening to my concerns at all. She then continuously texted my phone, with screenshots of the appointment being cancelled and telling me because I wanted a sooner appointment I cancelled my own appointment, when in fact, the company cancelled the appointment scheduled without letting me know. And it was only cancelled because I asked for a sooner appointment if one was available. This company might have had a really good technician but I will never know due to the fact that the scheduling person, Jennifer, has an incompetent and ridiculous customer service attitude.
