  During the installation they cut wires to my sewer system. The wires to my generator were only buried about an inch below ground. As far as I know they were supposed to correct this. Two years later my gardener was moving a little bit of dirt and hit into one of the wires only about a half inch below the ground. I contacted the owner to try to get this corrected since it’s been two years. He has since taken me off of his service contract and told me not to contact him again.

  Called for an estimate to get Generac 24kw serviced/oil change. $100.00 to inspect the unit and $289.00 for the service. That's nearly $400.00 to change the oil in the unit. More expensive than a Porsche GT1.. Look elsewhere.

  Optimize EGS installed our new Generac "whole house generator" June 2020. We were/are thrilled with their service, knowledge, patience and dependability, especially during difficult and challenging weather events. In the midst of the recent severe weather conditions, Optimize EGS answered their phone every time we called no matter the time of day or night to respond to any question we might have had. One could not ask for a better organization to trust in times of need.
