  They got most of the work done, but had a couple issues that really sting with the amount they charge per hour. * On one new outlet, they didn't locate a stud first, and wrecked the drywall around a stud. _They then left it for me to fix_ and I paid for the honor. * They misplaced one of my light switch faceplates and didn't replace it before leaving. Easy fix as I had spares but still unprofessional. * They used my cleaning supplies and broom but left all the material in the pan for me to clean up. I know, minor gripes, but this was a trivial yet expensive job. My guess is they employ many electricians so the quality (and these reviews) are all over the board.

  They changed my sump pump connection to a dedicated circuit. I have an old panel, and they went above and beyond in figuring out a safe and workable solution where there wasn't much 'room' on the panel to do it. Tom is very professional and respectful. He answered many questions and explained things in a non-technical way. I am a forever customer!

  City inspector failed Toms work the first attempt. Tom forgot to add ground wire to new panel. He also cut every corner he could to get the job done. This bid was for over 10K of new electrical. He proceeded to not do everything that was on the original bid. Lights were flickering while walking through room normally. Had them come back out only for Tom to say he is charging me a ridiculous amount because he was now showing me something that was not originally called about. I immediately asked his to leave my home and that his services were no longer welcome. Will update with pictures of Toms work.
