  I would NEVER use this company. We had them transport a chandelier for us and install it with a lift. It got completed, however, it never worked. They insisted that it was a part that they had to order. Which, because of covid, took over 2 months to get here (not their fault). However, whenever it did get here, that was still not the issue. They wouldn't come back to fix the problem, which was that the wires weren't installed correctly. They wouldn't return our phone calls either. I finally had another electrician come to fix it, which he did within 30 minutes of being there. I went to their location to ask them to reimburse me what I had to pay the new electrician. They asked me to email them the invoice which I also did and never got a response. It was just really really awful service on their part. It was like they didn't want to come back to find the real problem. Never again. At least do the right thing and reimburse me the cost of what I had to pay someone else to finish the job you said that you would do. I think that they are all independent so Carey was the person we were dealing with and I would advise you not to use him.
