  Excellent service. Could not be more pleased. Consummate professionals, knowledgeable, friendly. I work out of my house and the guys made the entire process of installation and operation very smooth for me. Extremely high recommendation from me. If you’re getting a generator Osburn is the place to go!

  All around fantastic experience! The customer service is impeccable and they were able to do everything I needed professionally and in a timely manner. Got a 20kw generator installed, sub panel, and whole house electric work. I worked very closely with John during majority of the work. Due to my busy schedule, I would sometimes get side tracked but John would always call about scheduling and other issues to keep me apprised and things moving along smoothly. He worked efficiently and knew exactly how to handle any issue and obstacle we came across. They also had my back when working with the power company and helped me get the best outcome when I was unsure of what to do. Overall amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone needing electric work or looking for a generator!
