  We contacted this individual in February 2021 in regard to running electric to an above ground pool to be installed in the summer. He committed to the job and we remained in contact up until the time came to do the work. When the time came for the work to be done (June 2021), he came to the house to look at our breaker and where the pool would be going. He said he would give us a final estimate and then left.. two days later I contacted him since he had not texted me. He backed out and told us to find someone else to do the work. His explanation was that he was "really busy." Had we known he was going to refuse to do the work, we would have contacted someone else months ago. Now that we need the work done, we are scrambling to find another electrician to do the job. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Take your business to an actual professional who keeps his word and commitments to clients.

  Jackie, I apologize that we were unable to fit your project into our schedule. We do our best to try to do all work within the customer’s needed timeframe. Here is some of the facts that you neglected to mention. 1. Work was to be completed in “spring”, we are in the even busier summer months. 2. You gave two weeks notice, without a definite day as to when install would actually be (I still don’t know exactly what day is needed). 3. The scope of work changed upon my site visit. Hedges and septic system would make the trenching considerably harder and take much longer. 4. I contacted colleagues to try and see if someone else could meet your timeframe. They all are also scheduled beyond two weeks. 5. We had no signed agreement as of yet and there was no money that exchanged hands. I really hope that you find an electrician who can fill your needs. We do our best as all the other reviews attest to.

  I could not recommend a better company for quality and punctual electrical services! Otta Electric was diligent in making sure the electrical issues in our home were properly identified and corrected before they left for the day.
