OBX Electric was exceptionally responsive to our request for a service call following a home inspection at our property. OBX Electric was prompt in their response to our initial inquiry, and very quick to conduct the service call and cleaning of our service disconnect to address the concerns raised. I had called OBE for an emergency service call on 2/3/2017 for a commercial power fail and generator run alarm, and the tech was on site within an hour from the time of my request. I'm keeping OBE in my back pocket for the next time I need them. Chris was the tech's name, and he was on-point and got the job done ASAP. Service complete with power restored within 2-hrs of my initial request. I recommend calling OBE if you need them.
