  I have used this company a few times now. We made an appointment for later in the week but a cancellation got them here sooner. Our tech, Mike was great. Super friendly and helpful. Diagnosed out issues and kept us in the loop of what he was doing. The repair was quick and easy. Definitely will continue to use this service. Highly recommend

  We used In Phase/Over the Moon last year for electrical and AC repair work, including replacing our full electrical panel. When our boiler heating system was acting up in recent weeks, I didn't hesitate to call them to check things out. Mike and Brian thoroughly explained the issues with our 20+ old system, and provided me some options to repair or replace. Austin and team were out here within just a few days to install a new replacement system, and so far very impressed with the quality of the installation and system recommended including a couple of upgraded smart thermostats I requested. When we had an issue overnight with one zone of our heating system experiencing an air lock (some trapped air in one of the old radiator pipes), they had members of the team out first thing the next morning to address the issue. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved both in terms of service and support. I love the ability to send them text messages with questions, and how quickly they respond. Just exchanged messages with their office asking questions about applying for Focus on Energy rebates, and they explained they'll file the applications for me as well as all necessary warranty paperwork. Awesome service!

  I was very happy with the services. The guys were extremely professional and great to have in the house for the few days of work we had done. Completely satisfied and would definitely call them back. Dan our main contact was great and really enjoyable to work with. The office staff were also very supportive and proactive. Overall great!
