  The two guys that came out were friendly and helpful by answering all the questions I had. I'd recommend them to anyone who needed electric work done. If I have anymore big electric projects come up I'll be calling them again.

  I asked for someone to come out and check a bad breaker. The technician came out right away, and suggested a new breaker box and system upgrades. I asked for an estimate, and he said he would get one to me by the middle of the following week. When the estimate did not arrive, I called the office and told the person I talked to that I didn't get my estimate as promised, and that I was still interested, and asked for the estimate to be sent. She told me she would contact the technician that day and remind him to send me the estimate. It still never came. I emailed the company several weeks later, and asked for the estimate once again. I still haven't received the estimate. I applaud them for being so rich they can turn down business and drive customers away, but if you are one of the customers they decide to service, be prepared to be frustrated because they will not stay in contact with you.
