  Take privacy way to seriously. I can’t pay on my elderly parents account because they require a form. I live out of town so this isn’t an option. Their online pay system doesn’t work and they can’t figure out why.

  usaly when u move u have to pay a new deposit on new residence.and they credit ur old deposit on up comeing bills but they didnt do that for me this time that i had moved. and just ripprd me off make sure u are aware of theses practices in ozark.there sneaky like that so if i move again itll be to leave the state i wonder if ill get my deposit back highly unlikely.thats my exsperiance with billing.nuff said truth.

  VERY EXPENSIVE! My sister lives in pheonix Arizona and her rates are nearly half of ours per kilowatt hour. Most everywhere in the country that I've looked into moving to has cheaper electric rates. But OBEC has monopolized Most of their service area by being the only provider available. When people need power and they are the only ones that provide it in the location in which you live they can pretty much charge whatever they want to charge and they know that. If there was another provider available to me I definitely wouldnt be using Ozark Border.
