We are new homeowners and our basement rec room electronics just stopped working. With 3 boys, this was definitely an emergency. I went to the garage to the power box and turned off and on all basement outlets, but nothing still worked. I called the company number on my electric box that said P&M electric. I spoke with Tammy who then guided me while on the phone to check for the "reset" buttons of any of the outlets. I saw it as she indicated and pushed it back in, and everything came back on. She was so helpful!! Thanks so much!
