  I took a landscape photo of the wetland and trees and hills covered in snow 2-12-2021 at about 2:30 pm from wetland area that I got to from an access road next to Pacific County PUD 2 substation on HWY 6 and a white male in a white Toyota pickup truck wearing civilian clothing asked me what I was doing and told me I was trespassing on Pacific County PUD 2 property and called the police on me. I checked the Pacific County property map and Pacific County PUD 2 does not own the access road or wetland area on the west side of the electrical power substation. I am assuming the white male in the white Toyota pickup truck works at Pacific County PUD 2 and knowingly made a false police report today. There are also multiple illegal industrial dump sites in the tidal wetland area behind Pacific County PUD 2 substation that only Pacific County PUD 2 employees have vehicle access to do the dumping.
