  Called a couple days ago and was told the soonest they had was a weekish out. Then the next morning got a message saying they could squeeze me in the next day. Between the flexibility to get an electrician in so quickly and how speedy and professional Elijiah's workmanship has been. I'm incredibly pleased and highly recommend their services. He added in a dedicated circuit for our recently purchased garage refrigerator and fished a couple data lines down that I didn't have the tools or time to do that part of the job myself.

  I called PEC three times over three days this week, and spoke with three different people, including the Service Manager for about 20 minutes. One of my home circuit breakers is sparking and I have no power to the back bedroom in my home. Not a single person called back to schedule an appointment. They have completely ignored me and my request for work. They claim to have a 4.6 rating with this review service, but I can't believe how. They get ZERO from me, and I will take my business and CASH elsewhere. Not a good business plan.

  Brian, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have followed up with our Service Manager. It seems there has been a miscommunication - I can see that he has emailed and phoned (with voicemail), and has yet to receive a response. I am unsure where we missed each other, but we would like the opportunity to make it right.

  I have had several opportunities to do business with Pacific Electrical Contractors over the last 5 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism. Courteous, and doing exactly what they say they are going to do goes a long way in my book. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
