  I was very happy with their service. They were very helpful in helping me find the right home for me and my family. Once the home was delivered, they moved very quickly to get everything finish, so we can move in. I’m very satisfied with Palm Harbor in Caddo Mills.

  !!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Horrible experience with these people. I should've quit while I was ahead with this BS. Our sales lady, Emily was decent. That's about it. Kelly the GM and Carmen the "operations manager" were absolutely horrible and corporate wasn't much help with that either so far. It all started with the "move in" date that they're actually not supposed to give you because anything could happen. From there, it just kept declining. Way too much go into details on here with. Just go somewhere else!
