  The technician only looked at our unit and within five minutes told me he would not touch the part of the unit in the crawl space of my house. He said it wasn’t installed correctly. It’s been that way for 23 years since the house was built. Tell me the truth, the technician was HEAVYSET and could not make it through the access door or the crawl space. Send someone capable of doing the work. Don’t waste my time.

  This is an old response from a couple years ago. And here is our response then. I was the person that came to your home. I am the owner and I was well capable of getting to your unit You allowed your system to be altered. By an unlicensed worker with no permits. I would not allow our company to assume any the responsibility of your system. I checked with local inspection departments and your hvac system was replaced outside illegally and as such we would not assume any liability for it. Don’t be so childish to mock someone’s size. Accept responsibility for your mistake and move on.

  My buddy used this company for his new construction house and I had to go behind them and basically fix everything they did the owner sized the house wrong so he could pocket more money save your time and money and go with another heating and air company.

  Mr Edwards could you please advise us who this buddy was? Why did he not advise us? These 3 or four bad ratings seem to coincidentally coincide with a recent firing? Seems a little fishy to me? We would be glad to discuss this issue with you if their truly was an issue?

  This was the first time I called Palmer for an issue with my AC. I will definitely call these guys again. They said they would be out at 9am and when my wife outside to go to work at 8:10am Doug was already here. He knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. Yall have a lifetime customer, thank you.
