  I've worked for Palmetto for 6 months now and I've never experienced the quality workmanship and dedication I've seen here at this company. It really shows in our finished product. I truly enjoy every day, hour and second I am at work. We are like a big family! The owners Mark Abbott and son, Shane Abbott are truly some of the best two owners/bosses I've ever had the pleasure to work for. They would take the shirt of there back for there employees. I have never left a jobsite at completion with Palmetto that the customer wasn't completely satisfied or blown away by our speed and quality craftsmanship. I never thought I would find a company that I could see myself at 30 years down the road but this is definitely it!

  We contacted this company bc they are a Generac dealer and in order to keep the warranty current, we needed to to have the bi-annual service maintained. Kyle and Drayton were our service techs. They arrived on time and were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Their fees were reasonable, and we have no complaints. A big shout out to Tiffany...she ordered the tune-up kit and properly scheduled the work. This company is a licensed full-service electric contractor, FYI. Thank you and see you next time. :)

  I contracted Palmetto Electric for a complete house rewire. Met with Mark, reviewed work, received a basic quote, and scheduled a time that was 4-6 weeks out for install. I called, emailed several times talking with Tiffany about confirming the time. Calls, emails, etc. not returned, and when I would catch them they would state they would get back to me. Today is the day for the home install and after no response this week I reached Tiffany who noted they are "too busy with plantation work, sorry it's can't happen until November or December." Very unprofessional, and display of a lack of integrity. Would not recommend this vendor!
