  We are in the process of remodeling a home in Waynesville - We had a number of HVAC folks come out to quote us on new system and ultimately chose Parkway. Selwyn came out and was very educational and friendly when we showed him what we had and were looking for. He explained options and since we don't live full time in NC - what we needed for system vs what we are used to in Florida. We chose Parkway for they competitive price but also for the way Selwyn was responsive and timely. They completed the job when they said they would ( they were held up by the manufacturer ) and the work was done in a neat manner. Selwyn even came out last week when we were in town, to go over the system with us. The team at Parkway also followed up with us to make sure we got in the info for a Duke energy rebate ! We'll be using them for our annual services - Highly Recommend !

  Travis came out and checked our heating system. He was friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and took care of a couple leaks in the system. I will definitely use Parkway again. The other reviews bear out the excellent service and quality of work Travis does.

  We had a problem in a home we just bought, heat just wouldn't get it warm and run all the time. Called Parkway H&A. Didnt have to wait long til Travis showed up. He did great! He was professional and nice. Price was fair. Thanks Travis great job!!
