Starting pay isn’t the best but if you’re willing to apply yourself and be a team player you will be rewarded quickly with raises and opportunities to broaden your career in the electrical field. I was an employee at (patriot a & c) and I have nothing but good things to say about them! The work is never to hard unless you make it hard on yourself, and everyone is like a huge family there. Bosses and supervisors are amazingly cool and very understanding with family matters.

I've worked at Patriot Automation over 6 years. I've never had to ask for a raise a single time and have received many. Patriot was extremely flexible with my pursuit of a bachelor's degree at Angelo State University as well as a surgery that put me out over 2 months. In reference to the other individuals who gave poor reviews of Patriot, I have never been a suck up, yet I have been awarded immensely by this company and always treated fairly. If you want a workplace that rewards impatience, lack of motivation, and immaturity, this is the wrong place. FYI, Patriot is now located at 6755 Spindletop Road.

Starting pay sucks big monkey balls, even if you have experience and the Per diem is 12.25 and he says you can buy you’re self something that day to eat, what a joke. They choose favorites and give them a raise while you bust your ass working and still be making 11 an hour and don’t want to give raises and if there’s an opportunity in a different position they don’t want to give it to you if you’re more convenient just to keep you in the position you’re in already in and they avoid trying to give raises and they don’t care about helping you get a career started in this field. If you are looking to grow and to get paid well, please save yourself and apply else where.
