  Set up the appointment 10 days in advance for 8:00. I reached out at 09:30 to get an update from them and they didn't answer the phone. I finally got them on the phone at 10:49 and they stated that I had not set up an appointment. I was asked what I needed done and once I told them they suddenly recalled me setting up my appointment. They stated they would move somethings around and would follow up in 20 minutes. I waiting 3 hours and called them back and again didn't answer.
