I have always been hesitant to even consider solar because I did not really understand how solar panel systems and the corresponding financial obligations worked. Also, I am a single head of household and was worried about being taken advantage of.   Then I heard about Peak Power.  My sales rep, Troy, was honest and straightforward.  He explained the ins and outs, what to watch out for, and how to make solar work for me.  He was willing to meet with me on multiple occasions to answer my many questions.  I never felt pressured into making an immediate decision.  Everyone at Peak Power, from the receptionist, to the inspector that came out today. has been professional, helpful, on time, and quick to respond.  I can't wait for installation!

Peak Power USA was hired by me about 10 years ago to install 24 solar panels for my home. They were a very small company using a different name back then, and were working very hard to grow their company as they have. They did a Great job with my solar installation. I called them back when I wanted to install another 4 panels, and they were happy to assist with this. They have been very pleasant, use the best quality solar panels that are available, work hard to make their customer happy, and again do a great job.  Their prices are very competitive, and for the quality that they provide, you cannot go wrong hiring them for your installation.

We were very happy with our solar rep (Troy) and the peak power team. We had been interested in converting to solar since buying our home two years ago however we were quickly turned off by the crapload of solar sales reps that started showing up by the dozens the second we bought the home. Most were rude and we almost went with another company who I will not name (I’ll just say they start with Viv and end with int) but they were eager to sign us up for a PPA without explaining the incentive for them and the downfall for us which would be we wouldn’t own our system, wouldn’t qualify for a tax break, and our utility bill would increase every year for 20 years. They did explain SOME of that but made it sound more appealing. Anyway after some research we cancelled our installation with that other company
...or so we thought. Their install team had the nerve to show up and practically break down my back side gate door trying to install the system AFTER I called to cancel. Thankfully our side back gate is bolted shut so they never got in. After the PTSD from that experience wore off we were able to try solar again and months later received a visit from Troy AFTER first requesting a visit online from a solar review site. Troy was welcoming and honestly likable though the bar is not high with solar reps. he did not pressure us into an install. The process was quick and easy and while we had other offers, there was no difference in price so we stayed with Peak power because we enjoyed their service

We used Peak Power to install solar panels on our home. We love the quality of the panels they used, and competitive pricing for high quality panels. Install was June this year. Loving it!!

Would highly recommend Peak Power for the great customer service and quality of equipment used. Troy, our sales representative,  was very informative and transparent through the whole process and the installation team was on time and very efficient with their installation.
The deal we got was highly competitive and I wouldn't have gone with anyone else.
