  Appointment THE NEXT DAY! Dropped my pickup off in the morning for a block heater replacement...picked it up mid-afternoon THE SAME DAY! Shelby, the service writer, is awesome...she delivers! I haven't had any recent repair work done, so am not familiar with pricing, but I think the charges were reasonable. I'm happy with the whole experience. If I need any future work, I will take it to them.

  I experienced wonderful customer service from all staff at Pearson Auto Repair. The mechanics there have done great work on my vehicle from oil changes, changing my drive belt to winterization. I appreciate their amazing work ethic. Thank you!

  Very friendly and efficient service! I was on a road trip to Fairbanks with visiting family when my alternator started to go. I did not want to risk driving home with the issue! I called an hour before they closed and had an appointment the next day at the Rich location at 8 am. They had my car in right away for diagnosis and I was back on the road by about 11 am. They were very thorough- checked everything on my car to make sure I’d have a safe trip home (filled all fluids, checked my tires & brakes, took my car on a couple test drives for quality control...) and they also checked on me several times with updates on progress. Thanks everyone for helping me out!
