  Nate arrived and did the walk through and checked I had on my list. He treated me with respect and as an intelligent person. Nate and Dvante came on time both days. They were neatly dressed and were professional answering all my questions. They showed me all of the hidden issues before repairing them and got my approval to add them to the job order. The office girl got all the permits needed and scheduled the inspector. The guys swept and collected the trash before they left both days. By the time they were finished we were friends and were laughing and teasing each other. The original quote came in under the amount I had estimated. Even with the added repairs the total was still below what I added budgeted. I recommend these guys.
