  I received a new debit card in the mail because my old one expired. Before I had a chance to set up auto pay with my new card, they shut my service off for my $159 bill. Now they want me to pay last mo and this Month(which isn’t due for another 2 weeks) AND now I have to pay a deposit of $250. So instead of paying 159$ I now have to pay $570 to have my power restored! Update- they took off all fines and had me pay just the bill.

  I’ve had electric service with Perdenales for 5 yrs and wanted to give them a good review. However, just as expected, our electric bill almost doubled after the snow storm. When you call & complain they will tell you that their rates didn’t increase, but I can guarantee you it’s factored in somewhere. Thanks for stepping up, Perdenales!!!
