  I recently bought a home in NC. The person I spoke with was super helpful. She called me back when she said she would, was super friendly and nice. She welcomed me to NC. This is why I moved from NY to NC. Thank you so much, I look forward to doing business with you!!

  My family and I have just bought a house and we have been living here a week now. I called pee Dee twice last week and my husband called once and the woman would not switch the service into our name because the previous owner hadn't canceled service. The woman I spoke to basically wanted us to stop calling and she said she would call us back once the previous owner canceled service. We have the deed in our name. Now a week later we have a service guy show up at our house to cut the power off with it being cold outside . We have a toddler. Thankfully I was home and the service guy got ahold of someone to let them know we would call them to set up our account. If I wasn't home the power would be off.

  54 years old lived in 10 different states, never had Elec service that goes out as often as it does here, Got power back after 3 days and 4 hours later out again it rained. The Worst power company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. To bad can not give them zero stars, or even better negative. If you have to use Pee Dee Elec I suggest you invest in a generator I promise you will need it..........................
