  I wanted to give a great review based on the support we received during the time our heating and cooling system needed to be replaced this year. Stan specifically made us feel like we were valued customers and that he was there to help whenever we needed it.

  Do not make payment arrangements!! I made payment arrangements with the admin. I tried making an arrangement to pay half my bill now and the other half the next time I got paid. I got told by the admin that's not how they do payment arrangements. She put me on an arrangement of 14 dollars extra a month for 12 months. But if I am delinquent one time then I owe the full past due plus extra for trip fee. Horrible electric company. Had to fill out 3 easement paperwork because they kept miss placing them. Sent me a new deposit basically an extra bill of 220 dollars because i missed one payment. What a great way to help someone during a pandemic. HORRIBE HORRIBLE COMPANY. The admin needs to Go!

  It seems there is some personal satisfaction in threatening to disconnect. You get behind 14 dollars and receive a disconnect notice charged with a 75 trip fee and a very rude Office admin. Sad times were in.
