  Sorry craftsmanship. The result of $480 in labor in the pictures. Not only zero craftsmanship, but this is just lazy and disrespectful. 15'+ of wire laying on the ground. Doesn't matter what the jobsite condition is, this is trash work all around.

  I use Penneys electric for all our properties and they are great, but I have to give big praise to one specific electrician. Felipe is exceptional!! He is not only professional and knowledgeable, but reliable and honest. He kept me informed throughout the process and this was a big job that could've taken longer to complete, but Felipe was efficient and got the job done in less time. Thank you Felipe and my residents thank you as well!
