  They were charging hourly rates. Turned a two day job into two weeks. Showed up every morning at 9. Left to go get materials by 9:30 showed back up by 12:30 or 1 worked for 4 hours and I would get charged for a whole day. They did this for 2 weeks. Why not take 1 day to get all material you needed for entire job? Then on final day they scratched my newly refinished hardwood floors. How do I know it was them? It was underneath every can light they installed the trim kit on. When Frank the owner assured me they would take care of it I went ahead and payed him. But to no avail I got stuck with the $1500 bill to fix the floors. He called back once and gave a sob story about his TOOTH. But assured check was in the mail. 3 months later, no check and he has not returned my calls. So if you want someone to overcharge, do it all wrong the 1st 2 times. And leave you with a bill they should pay. Then hire Frank and performance electric to completely screw your job up.
