Phillips Electric did the original work on a newly constructed home we purchased. We had issues from the moment we moved in. The house is only 3 years old and there are multiple issues with lights burning out, buzzing from the vanity fixtures, lights dimming in and out. We have reached out several times to have them look at the work, but they are unresponsive.

I had wiring done for a hot tub and priced by different companies. Not only was Phillip's electric the most reasonable price, they came 2 days later and got everything set up. Definitely could of charged me more. Bary (the electrition and company owner) is a very reasonable and respectful guy. His helpers are the same way. They did an amazing job and I will definitely go to Phillip's electric for all my electrical needs in the future. I fully recommend to anyone needing electrical service!

We had a price issue with this owner. He charged us for work he did not do and some of his work.... Putting sensors on existing lights to make them dusk to dawn, one light still does not come on at all after the work was completed. He initially charged us $1400.00 , we complained that $1400 was outrageous to put sensors into 5 existing lights (we provided 2 of the sensors). When we tried to talk to the owner, he would not allow us to speak, he yelled and was terribly insulting to us. We wanted to pay but he was price gouging us and wanted to talk with him explaining our feelings. Then he called his lawyer and threatened us with a law suit. He was so out of control with yelling & insulting us that we could not have a civil conversation. Last night we noticed a one of the lights that his employees worked on do not turn on at all. We called Barry (the owner) but he hangs up as soon as he realizes it is us or pushes buttons on his phone so we cannot tell him that some of the lights will not come on at all! We paid him $650.00 to install the 5 sensors but we would like him to guarantee his work and return to fix the problem with the light that won't work. I cannot recommend Phillip's Electric to anyone. His behavior is unprofessional and it's a red flag that he has an attorney on retainer ready to call his unsatisfied customers within 30 mins of our first phone conversation. Makes one think this issue happens frequently with Phillips Electric. How odd that Barry texted my husband telling him to be a good Christian! He says he sets the price not us.... but he charged us for a light that is no longer working and work his employee did not do (hard wiring). On a positive note... His two employees were very nice and we really liked his lawyer a lot.
