  Well, this last June my moms heat pump went out and along with it the AC. We gave him a call and made an appointment all the way back in June to have it fixed. We had window units in to keep her cool. Now fast forward six months multiple phone calls and her heat pump is still not fixed. He keeps making service appointments and then canceling them for various reasons. The winter is coming and it is going to get cold. I called him today and he was extremely rude with me condescending. Then told me that it still wasn’t going to get done for at least two more weeks. Because he has issues he’s working on. If he can’t do it I understand but he should be upfront with us to begin with or he just needs to quit. My mom spent thousands of dollars on the system. He’s the one who installed it. If he can’t stand by his work then surely he can stand by his word…
