The salesman was have patient and knowledgeable about the product. The installers were very nice and kind. We believe that we have chosen a very reliable source of energy to use to provide us with the electricity we need.

The Power Home Solar product doesn't work the way we expected it to. Our power bill is virtually the same and we have a $52,000 bill to pay. Power Home has over promised and way under delivered. We finally got a technician out to check the solar box and main electrical box because it was not banking energy back to Appalachian Power. We are then told we need at least 5 more panels. What happens if we install 5 more panels and our bill is still the same? Why weren't we sold the correct amount of panels in the first place? The worst part of it all is the constant headache we go through to get anyone over the to help you with your concerns. We were on the phone for 2.5 hours yesterday listening to music and still haven't gotten through. Looks like its BBB time or maybe even legal acts for misrepresentation/fraud!!!

This company is out to rip you off folks! I had them install 26 panels on my house with no change to my electric bill. Service technicians have been out to "check the system" and Dominion Energy says everything looks good from their end. I've had failed inverters and reimbursement requests entered for 5-6 weeks of interrupted solar production to be told it was a "comms issue" and not their problem. Customer service is a joke as well! STAY AWAY!!!
