  I would like to thank Pink Rose along with my assigned contractor, James Roberts for the excellent job performed on my walk in closet. Although a portion of the services performed was to repair the dry wall, there were various other repairs needed to essentially fix my closet. Beginning with the initial visit with James where he did a detailed review of the damage to the closet and made various recommendations that would strengthen the shelves from collapsing in the future, I was very satisfied that James took the time to explain each step in the process that it would take to complete the job. I was also more than satisfied with cost of the job, but to be honest, I was more interested in the quality of the work than the cost. I put a lot of faith into Pink Rose to live up to the reputation they have in their BBB rating as well as the radio commercials I hear everyday. James was also very professional and efficient even though I was not concerned with how much time it would be to complete the job, because my focus was on the quality of the work not the speed to get the job done. Overall it was a wonderful experience and if I would need services in the future, I would be in contact with Pink Rose and James would hopefully be the person assigned to me. Thank you!!

  Pink Rose was great to work with! Our technician, Mark, helped to re-grout our marble tile shower floor and re-caulk it. He we professional and completed the service in an efficient manner. We are very happy with the outcome. Also liked the nice touch at the end upon service completion when we received a pink rose. Now what’s better than that?!

  I have mixed feelings with my experience with Pink Rose. I was told my appointment would be there at 8am. They didn’t get there until 10:30. My time is valuable so that was frustrating. The technician was pleasant and did great work and they got the job done in 2 days. That part was really good. But there price was a thousand dollars more than another quote I received. So, I would recommend Pink Rose because the quality and speed was great, but be prepared to pay a lot for it.

  Hi Dan. I’m glad we spoke this week and cleared the air. Our pricing is listed on our website at pink-rose.com/pricing I reviewed the contract and it was priced correctly. I believe it was a fair price. There a big difference between overhead for service work and general contracting. GC fixed overhead costs can be stretched out over weeks while service work for small jobs can’t. I also spoke to my tech. He should have called you with his ETA. Evidently he knew what materials were needed from a quote he provided days earlier and stopped to purchase them and load up. All out techs are required to call our customers when they are on their way with an arrival time. I apologize for this oversight. Thanks for your business Joe Berardi President
