  Great Lakes did a great job on my hot tub install. The manager was very professional on the phone when I called to inquire and he came out quickly to provide an estimate and explain what they would do., Ken and the team came to the house and were all professional and personable. They were respectful of my needs, desires, and questions and made sure I was happy with the job. Overall a pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to use them again.

  My AC cooler circuit had failed over the summer, and I wasn't prepared to deal with the heat for the next week of 90-degree weather, so I called Pioneer Electrical Contracting. They were able to replace it the next day with a new cooler circuit. I was surprised by their prompt response and pleased that the electrician was focused on his work and informative, yet polite, in informing me about my cooler circuit. It was an excellent service that I would gladly recommend!

  In preparation for the roof to be resurfaced, Pioneer Electrical Contracting completed a wonderful job of repairing the HVAC electrical box on our roof. He was diligent in remounting the box on the edge of the roof and ensured that the electrical cables were supported by a metal pipe. The quality of the job impressed the roofers from another firm as well. He was extraordinarily responsive, even arriving up on a Sunday, and completed the task ahead of schedule. I can't say enough wonderful things about this organization, and I will most likely utilize and refer them.
