  This was a complete rip off experience. The expectation was clearly set that my thermostat didn't have power. He went around several places and just spent may be a few minutes on the Thermostat and confirmed that there is no power and asked me to talk to AC shop as it was not his forte. He charged me $95 just for doing ZERO value and ZERO result. Worst, he never set expectation that there is a visit charge. Every one confirms the visit charges, if any upfront. Very disappointed.

  Santosh , apparently failed to observe me checking that the furnaces and AC compressors had proper voltage to operate . And that all the low voltage wiring to the AC’s , thermostat’s & air handlers was connected .Told him its the 24volt system . Possibly a computer board . Then Santosh tells me an HVAC company was scheduled for later that day . Guess since I was not able to preform a miracle for him , I should get nothing and a bad review..?
