As a contractor we have the opportunity to patronize several different supply houses. Platt is our house of choice. Their pricing is very reasonable. Their access to supplies and tools is outstanding, but we return mainly because of the customer service. They are great! They always go the extra distance to get us what we need! We work primarily with Joe and Justin but really, all the guys are awesome to work with! I highly recommend Platt for electrical supplies and tools!

Phenomenal service, very knowledgeable, crew and staff always treat you like you are their number 1 customer and priority. We really appreciate Joe going out of his way on numerous situations . We have had Justin and Joe come in numerous times after hours and on weekends. Thanks to all the Platt team!!

Horrible service. Brody up front probably the worst. Place cant find even find u the simplest parts. Horrible service. Pocatello branch is excellent, and will go out of way to find what u need..
