I called to see about getting a code book before coming out. They said they didn’t have one in stock but could have it shipped to their store from another store. When I picked up the book they charged me for the shipping. I didn’t realize this until I had left the store. They never told me I would have to pay for shipping, if they would have said something I would have called other places. Plus as a business if you don’t have one and want to get it from another store for your customer you shouldn’t charge them for it. Very shady business practices. I will not be coming back here again.
