Im not a contractor but Platt always comes through for my electrical projects at home or on rentals. Sometimes home depot doesn't have specialized parts and these are your guys. Good service with a smile.

Employee refused to do business with me for not having a face mask on. I can understand that but when I asked questions about it he started to get extremely aggressive. After him raising his voice and saying “ if you don’t like it you can leave” I left and will not ever do business there. I’m Absolutely disgusted. Please don’t come at me with “ it’s for safety”. I get it. It was his horrible attitude and raising his voice, very bad business.

Online prices are completely different than the price you pay at the counter. Employees don't appear to enjoy their jobs and it shows. Closer to me than my normal supplier but hardly worth the prices and service.
