  Plesh Electric installed my generator which is working fine. What I am extremely unhappy with is the way they handled a situation that came up. I had removed a shelf from my pantry and had it sitting in my garage which the install crew decided to use to cover their wiring. I called numerous times over a 2 month period to speak with the owner about the situation without a call back. He eventually called back, was apologetic and per our discussion they were supposed to come do some more work and not charge for a few things which I felt was fair. I followed up 5-6 times with the same response that Tony the owner would call me regarding scheduling. That call never happened and they did not come back to do any other work. This company in the end was dishonest and does not take a customer first approach. They are quick to take your money but not follow through with their promises.

  Rob, It's been a year since the work was completed and now you're extremely unhappy and leave a negative review since we declined to do your upcoming generator maintenance because of your past mistreatment and unacceptable language towards our employees.

  I was give the number to Plesh Electric from Generac when I contacted them about a standby generator. Within two days, I had Tony, the owner, show up and gave me an amazing estimate to install and complete all the work, start to finish. From day one, I was able to speak to someone live or via email, with quick responses. From a time perspective, everything went as planned and completed way before schedule. The quality of work as per the inspector who checked everything was "wow this was a lot of work and cleanly done" The guys who came for the gas portion completed the job in less than a day (set up generator on a pad after digging in the cold, run gas lines, test gas lines) and the electric portion was also done in one day (transfer switch install, power lines to and from the panel and meter, testing the unit). All 5 of the guys that showed up to do the work were absolutely amazing, clean, respectful, and trustworthy! TOP NOTCH work from all! Thank you for all the work and help with this to Tony and everyone involved! Ask for Lisa or Melissa when calling....they will help you with everything!
