  I called Plug Light Bulb to start looking at costs for replacing the panel in our 50 year old home. I scheduled the estimate and Bryce came out on site and answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions and since I still had two breaker spots open he suggested to spend the money on other things for our renovation project. We've wanted lights in our living room for a long time as it's incredibly dark in there so I asked him about the cost for those and it was incredibly reasonable. He also took care of switching the power plug above our stove vent into an outlet instead of a direct wire so I can now plug it in and also run under cabinet lighting. We just recently had new carpet installed and I had mentioned that to Matt the owner when I called to schedule and when Bryce came out on site he had tarps to cover everything and did his best to be as clean as possible. Drywall dust on some things but that's inevitable, have realistic expectations! He installed the lights, answered more questions, wasn't bothered when I was watching and seeing how things are done. The lights are such a fantastic quality of life change and I love the fact that he didn't try to push me into buying and making a ton of changes for a new panel when I didn't need one. That's rare these days. Plug Light Bulb will be my go to electrical business for my duplex's electrical needs and this is because of Bryce. I will also be recommending them to everyone I know who need or want stuff taken care of. Bryce is seriously a fantastic employee and a pleasure to chat with.

  Definitely on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. I noticed I was billed for times that the workers were not here and working, with how much the labor costs it could have saved me some money and made me a bit happier. Aside from that I'm happy with the service that was provided and all that they got accomplished. Had 2 exterior light fixtures replaced and one added, along with an additional outlet. Ran new wire from my microwave to breaker. Also swapped out new exhaust fan in bathroom.

In regard to the beginning part, do you mind emailing me the times that they were not on site working? We do charge for material runs but we try to keep that to only one trip per job, as sometimes there are specialty items that we need.   I’ve used the Plug team multiple times over the last year and a half and they do excellent work! There’s no job they haven’t been able to accomplish. Very fair pricing, and always very friendly. Added bonus, they make it a point to clean up their work area. Book them with confidence!
