  Our main breaker started cracking and popping. PMI fixed it and in a timely manner and hot us back up and running.

  I work at a local battery company and it seems that PMI will lie to customers to make a sell. Had a customer bring in what was a good new battery that PMI told them was no good and sold them another battery. If they will do that on a small thing like a battery I would be wary of any other services they suggest and would honestly check with some of the more reputable companies locally.
